It was 9th Phantom. He married to Princess Vhatta, daughter of Mongol King Jhatun Khan. He was youngest among four sons of 8th Phantom & Heloise (Formerly the Hanta Witch) and called as Kit-4. However youngest he was chosen as next Phantom due to an immediate replacement while 8th Phantom was dying after a clash against Mongols. This has been described in "The Fourth Son" (Phantom Sunday Strip No. 137) However 9th Phantom was a dwarf, he was the strongest among all Phantoms. He firstly fought against "Eastern Dark" and destroyed their God "Jaal" to whom the prisoners from jungle had been sacrificed.
There is a free blog contains Phantom, Mandrake, Flash Gordon, Rip Karbi, Kerry Drake Newspaper Strips, however all in English. I have downloaded all strips on Phantom & Mandrake. All are simply amazing, some of those were not published in IJC. This 9th Phantom story has been included there.
I want to provide you the name of site but firstly I want permission from Mr. Indranath Banerjee, because it is his blog. I should not mention any other blog name (which has not been linked here) without his permission.

I have experienced same problem with my PC but could manage to download by mobile. I think it happens for antivirus (Kaspersky) because there is no problem for another PC with different firewall.
